Peptides are cGMP current good manufacturing practice by the FDA. The main regulatory standard for ensuring pharmaceutical quality is the Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMPs) regulation for human pharmaceuticals.

Injecting GHRH/GHRP peptides after weightlifting or resistance exercises increase circulating IGF-1 which may have effects on muscle mass regulation.

Taking 2 days off from GHRH/GHRP peptides allows the receptors to rest so as to avoid desensitization.

Peptides can be injected around the umbilicus, behind the arm, or on top of the thigh in the subcutaneous (fatty) tissue just like insulin. Some peptides may be prescribed to inject into the subcutaneous tissue around an area of injury. Avoid blood vessels.

GHRH/GHRP peptides do not cause super-physiological effects like using a recombinant growth hormone therefore risk of enlarged bone growth, intestinal growth, or paranoia, and nightmares do not occur.

A histamine reaction can occur at the injection site and systemically (rare). An antihistamine spray or cream is effective at the site of the reaction.

Dosing closer than 3 hours apart will not provide improved benefit.

Dosing can be prescribed up to 4 times per day as long as the doses are 3 hours or more apart and 2 hours after your last meal. Or as directed by your physician.
